What does 'founding pricing locked for life' mean?: The first 50 members keep their founding monthly or annual rate for as long as their membership stays active. No annual increases. Ever.
How are pods formed?: Pods of six are formed by industry mix, seniority, and the visibility goal you submitted in your application. Your pod is assigned within seven days of activation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?: Yes. Move up at any time and your new tier kicks in immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if I'm not approved?: We review weekly. If a tier isn't the right fit yet, we'll suggest the closest match, or hold your seat on the waitlist for the next cohort.
Why are Sponsored and Seated billed quarterly?: Sponsored runs as an 8-week cohort sprint and Seated involves a 1:1 audit plus quarterly board-readiness checkpoints — both are built around a 90-day rhythm. Annual prepay is available at a discount if you'd rather pay once a year.
Are board seats guaranteed for Seated members?: No. Board placement conversations can begin from the end of a member's first quarter, based on pedigree, track record, and seniority. Members not yet on that pathway receive full access to Stage Africa's standard Executive Visibility Advisory service.
